Cargill’s Animal Nutrition and Health division is hiring a Global Technology Advisor – Swine to lead innovation and client-facing nutritional solutions across the Americas and EMEA markets. This is a senior, strategic technical leadership role requiring both deep swine expertise and the ability to influence commercial growth through science-backed innovation.
You’ll operate as a global subject matter expert in swine nutrition and work closely with R&D, commercial teams, key accounts, and innovation partners to advance Cargill’s solutions in micronutrition, animal health, and digital technologies for swine producers.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary advisor on swine nutritional technology for Cargill’s global accounts.
- Drive value-based innovation in nutrition, digital tools, and animal health to support client success.
- Translate cutting-edge R&D into commercial nutrition offers tailored to regional markets.
- Collaborate with global and regional business teams to build long-term customer relationships.
- Lead or support innovation projects, clinical testing, pilot initiatives, and product launches.
- Create training materials, presentations, and research briefs to educate commercial and technical staff.
- Present at industry events and directly influence strategic partners through thought leadership.
- Maintain deep understanding of the swine value chain across the Americas and EMEA.
- Support global knowledge-sharing and R&D alignment within Cargill’s matrixed teams.

Salary Range: $170000 - $190000 per month

Candidate Profile
Education:
Minimum: Master’s degree in Animal Science, Nutrition, or related field
Preferred: PhD or DVM with focus in Swine Nutrition or Animal Health
Experience:
Minimum 6 years of experience in swine nutrition, health, or technical sales
Preferred 10+ years with global exposure and innovation management
Skills & Competencies:
- Expert-level knowledge of swine micronutrition, health protocols, and production systems
- Proven track record in client-facing technical advisory roles
- Familiarity with digital ag solutions and data-driven nutrition optimization
- Strong project leadership and innovation mindset
- Ability to travel internationally and work in a cross-cultural, matrix environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influence skills
